How did we design this HDYHAU template?

This survey template was very first survey that we made at Aftercare. In fact, an edited version of it is on our home page! This survey platform and template were born from the real-world experience and frustration with the limitations of traditional surveys. As Y Combinator-backed founders, the Aftercare team started off by running HDYHAU surveys for eCommerce brands, and helped customers design effective marketing campaigns by collecting zero party data from customers. We saw the same problem with standard surveys brands were running in the past: standard surveys couldn't dig deeper when respondents gave interesting or unexpected answers.

We tested and refined this template through extensive real-world use, learning from each iteration. The result is a survey template that not only gathers feedback but uses AI to actively uncover the deeper insights that traditional surveys miss. It's the survey we always wished we had – and now it's here to help your brand grow.
